政府秉持主体型产权原则的所有制经济基础

The Economic Foundation of the Principle of Main-Part-Oriented Property Rights Upheld by the Government

从生产力决定所有制经济、所有制经济基础与该国政府秉持所有制经济原则的辩证统一、政府秉持的所有制经济原则决定着该国政府秉持的产权原则,可以总结出所有制经济基础(与生产力基础和产权基础一道)决定着政府秉持所有制经济原则,进而决定了政府秉持产权原则的中国特色社会主义政治经济学原理。遵循这一原理,新时代中国政府秉持公有主体型产权原则具有必然性和必要性。

On the basis of my previous two articles,namely A Study of the Major Principles of Political Economics with Chinese Characteristics and The Productivity Basis of the Principle of Main-Part-Oriented Property Rights Upheld by the Government, the paper, from the perspective of the determination of ownership economy by productivity, the dialectical unity of the economic base of ownership and the economic principles of ownership upheld by the government, and the determination of the government’s principle of property rights by the government’s principle of ownership, summarizes that the economic base of ownership(with the foundation of productivity and that of property rights) determines the government’s adherence to the principle of ownership economy, and that the former further determines the principle of socialist political economics with Chinese characteristics in terms of the government’s principle of property rights. Using this principle, this paper expounds the necessity and needs for the Chinese government to uphold the principle of public-ownership-oriented property rights.
