外国语言文学一流学科建设呼唤深度融合

Calling for merging in the construction of a first rate discipline of foreign language and literature studies

我国的外国语言文学研究领域存在着几类分离或分割的现象:工具性与人文性的分离,语言形式与内容的分离,语言学与文学的分离,外文与中文的分离,教学与科研的分离,理论与实践的分离,外语学刊与解决现实学术问题的分离。作者在分析上述"分离"的基础上,提出要做好一流学科建设,需要做好上述几个方面的深度融合。

In the field of foreign language and literature studies,there exist several pairs of "separation"or "isolation," which are:language as an instrument for communication and its humanistic nature;language form and content;language and literature;Chinese and English;teaching and research;theory and practice;foreign language journals and academic research. On analyzing the above "separations",the authors raise that merging should be done in those aspects in order to construct a fh'st rate discipline of foreign language and literature studies.
