Swierstra's ethics of emerging technology is a typical approach in the ethics of emerging technology.Its metaphysical basic and ethical purport is deeply revealed.The public ethical argumentative structure which is constructed by it,is deeply addressed.Four public ethical argumentative patterns which it developed,namely,the consequentialist arguments,the deontological arguments,the justice arguments,the arguments from 'good life'ethics , are detailed.Swierstra's ethics of emerging technology overcomes Collingridge's Dilemma effectively and it provide a new approach to analyze and recog- nize the ethical problems in new technologies and emerging technologies for us.
