信任是生命科学发展的要求,是建立医患关系的前提和基础,具有伦理道德属性。医方的可信任性降低或者缺乏会对医疗过程产生影响,甚至造成医患之间的信任危机问题。构建医患信任关系的核心是值得信任,而值得信任包括医方值得信任以及医疗整体环境值得信任,这就需要医方在专业能力以及人文关怀等方面努力,同时也需要社会信任文化、信用机制以及生命伦理委员会等软件和硬件方面的建设,以培育值得信任并乐于信任的医学整体。

Trust is the requirements of bioscience development,and also the premise for doctor-patient relationship,it has intrinsic moral value in bioethics. The lowering or lack of trustworthiness in the medical practice impacts on health care,and even creates a crisis of trust between doctors and patients. The focus is on trustworthiness,and the trustworthiness includes the trustworthy doctors/researchers and trustworthy circumstances in health care.In order to cultivate the social agents’ trustworthiness and willingness to trust,it needs the medical side striving on professional competence,moral consciousness and humanism care,selecting right choice in the practice of autonomy. Also it needs such as the culture of trust,credit mechanisms,the Bioethics Commission and so on,including all the factors of software and hardware.
