摘要 [目的]制备40%甲基硫菌灵·三环唑悬浮剂。[方法]采用湿法砂磨制备工艺,对其配方中的润湿分散剂、增稠剂、防冻剂及防腐剂进行了筛选。[结果]最佳配方为甲基硫菌灵20%,三环唑20%,YUS-SXC 0.5%,润湿分散剂A 1.5%,润湿分散剂B 4.0%,Atlox 4913 1.0%,丙三醇5%,硅酸镁铝0.5%,黄原胶0.15%,苯甲酸钠0.3%,SAG 15220.3%,去离子水补至100%。[结论]该产品流动性好,悬浮率高,稳定性好,各项指标符合悬浮剂的要求。 [ Aims ] The optimum formula of thiophanate-methyl ·tricyclazole 40 % SC were obtained.[ Methods ] Thiophanate-methyl·tricyclazole 40% SC was prepared by wet grinding technology, and the main adjuvants of the formulation such as wetting dispersant, thickener, antifreeze and preservative were screened.[ Results] The optimum formulation of thiophanate-methyl·tricyclazole 40% SC was as follows: thiophanate-methyl20%, tricyclazole 20%, YUS-SXC 0.5%, wetting dispersant A 1.5%, wetting dispersant B 4.0%, Atlox 4913 1.0%,glycerol 5%, aluminium-magnesium silicate 0.5%, xanthan 0.15%, sodium benzoate 0.3%, SAG 1522 0.3%, deionized water adding to 100%. [Conclusions] It was showed by the experimental test that thiophanate-methyl·tricyclazole40% SC has high suspension rate with good fluidity and stability. The test indexes comformed to the requirements of suspension concentrate.
