摘要
[目的]明确印楝素、短稳杆菌、金龟子绿僵菌、B.t.苦参碱等生物农药对甘蓝菜青虫的防除效果。[方法]在菜青虫1~3龄期对甘蓝叶片正反面进行喷雾处理。[结果] 0.6%苦参碱AS 1.67 m L/L防治菜青虫的速效性最好,施药3 d后防效达93.56%,100亿孢子/m L短稳杆菌SC 1.11 m L/L、16 000 IU/mg B.t. WP 8.33 mg/kg、80亿孢子/m L金龟子绿僵菌OD 2 m L/L对菜青虫的防效施药后处于增长趋势,药后14 d防效可达94%以上,持效期较长;0.3%印楝素EC对菜青虫的防效较差,且在各时间段与其他处理均存在差异。[结论]短稳杆菌、金龟子绿僵菌、B.t.、苦参碱对甘蓝菜青虫有较好防效,是无公害绿色蔬菜的理想农药,生产上建议选用以上药剂进行推广应用。
[Aims] This paper aims to clarify the control effect of biological pesticides azadirachtin, empedobacter brevis, metarhizium anisopliae, B.t. and matrine on cabbage caterpillar. [Methods] Spraying on both sides of cabbage leaves was conductedat the 1-3 instar stage of cabbage caterpillar. [Results] Matrine 0.6% AS at a dosage of 1.67 m L/L solution was the best for the control of cabbage caterpillar, the control effect was 93.56% after 3 days, empedobacter brevis 1×1010 spore/mL SC 1.11 m L/L, B.t. 16 000 IU/mg WP 8.33 mg/kg times, Bacillus anisopliae 8×109 spores/mL OD2 m L/L increased, and the control efficacy of 14 d was more than 94% after treatment. The lasting period was longer,and the control effect of azadirachtin 0.3% EC was always poor, there were differences in other time periods.[Conclusions] Empedobacter brevis, metarhizium anisopliae, B.t. and matrine showed good control effect on cabbage caterpillar. It is an ideal pesticide for pollution-free green vegetables, which can be popularized in the production.
