右美托咪定预注对异丙酚-琥珀胆碱全麻诱导围插管期应激反应和呼吸系统的影响 被引量:1

摘要 【目的】探讨右美托咪定(Dex)预注对异丙酚-琥珀胆碱全麻诱导围插管期应激反应和呼吸系统的影响。【方法】行气管插管异丙酚-琥珀胆城全身麻醉的290例手术患者,根据就诊号先后分为两组,每组145例。观察组诱导前领注Dex,对照组诱导前预注等量生理盐水。监测入室后5min(T0)、顿注后3min(T1)、麻醉诱导后3min(T2)、插管即刻(T3)、插管后10min(4)的血流动力学与呼吸参数,检测应激反应指标,记录麻醉情况与术后镇静镇痛评分,统计不良反应。【结果】观察组T1的去甲肾上腺素、肾上腺素、皮质醇、心率、收缩压、舒张压均显著低于对照组,且两组比较差异均有显著性(P<0.05)。观察组不同时间点血氧饱和度、呼吸末二氧化碳分压与对照组比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。【结论】异丙酚-琥珀胆碱全麻诱导前预注Dex,可以抑制围插管期应激反应,稳定血流动力学,对呼吸系统无明显影响。
