喉癌患者血清及组织ET-1、VEGF、IL-6及IL-8的变化研究

Changes of Serum and Tissue ET-1,VEGF,IL-6and IL-8in Pa- tients with Laryngocarcinoma

目的研究与观察喉癌患者血清及组织ET-1、VEGF、IL-6及IL-8的变化情况。方法选取2015年6月~2016年9月期间于本院进行诊治的64例喉癌患者为观察组,同时期的64名良性病变患者为对照组.然后检测及比较两组的血清及组织ET-1、VEGF、IL-6及IL-8,将观察组中不同分期及分化程度患者的血清及组织ET-1、VEGF、IL-6及IL-8表达情况进行比较,并采用Logistic分析上述血清及组织指标与喉癌的关系。结果观察组的血清及组织ET-1、VEGF、IL-6及IL-8表达均高于对照组,且分期较高及分化程度较低喉癌患者的血清及组织ET-1、VEGF、IL-6及IL-8表达高于分期较低及分化程度较高者,且Logistic分析显示,上述血清及组织指标均与喉癌有密切的关系,P<0.05。结论喉癌患者的血清及组织ET-1、VEGF、IL-6及IL-8均呈现高表达状态,且不同分期与分化程度患者的表达差异明显;应重视对此类患者进行上述血清及组织指标的检测。

Objective To examine the changes of serum and tissue ET-1,VEGF,IL-6and IL-8in patients with laryngocarcinoma.Methods Sixty-four patients with laryngocarcinoma treated in our hospital from June 2015to September 2016were selected as the observation group and another 64patients with benign lesions treated in our hospital at the same time as the control group.Serum and tissue ET-1,VEGF,IL-6and IL-8were detected in the two groups and compared.They were measured in patients with laryngocarcinoma at different stages and with differentiation grades and compared.Logistic analysis was conducted to investigate the relationship between these serum and tissue indexes and laryngocarcinoma.Results The serum and tissue ET-1,VEGF,IL-6and IL-8 expression was much higher in observation group than in control group.And it was significantly high-er in laryngocarcinoma patients at higher stages or with lower differentiation grade than in those at lower stages or with higher differentiation grade.Additionally,it was found that these serum and tissue indexes had close relationship with laryngocarcinoma (allP <0.05).Conclusion The serum and tissue ET-1,VEGF,IL-6and IL-8are highly expressed in patients with laryngocarcinoma, and they are differentially expressed in patients at different stages and with differentiation grades.
