智慧城市建筑物数据库建设及应用——以南京市建邺区为例

Construction and application of building database in smart city——taking Jianye district of Nanjing city as an example

为了满足智慧城市建设和城镇精细化管理的需要,该文对建筑物数据标准、数据采集规范进行了研究,对建筑物实体数据模型、数据分类、编码、采集更新方法、数据库建设和应用、建筑物地理信息服务进行了实践,研发了“智慧建邺建筑物数据库综合应用系统”,并将建筑物基础数据库与财税、人口和物业管理数据进行了关联和挂接,进一步验证和提升了数据库建设的合理性。

In order to meet the needs of smart city construction and urban refinement management, building data standard and data collection specification was researched in this paper.Building data classification,coding,updating methods,database construction and application,geographic information service were also practiced."Smart Jianye building data comprehensive application display system"was developed.In addition,building basic data and tax data,population data and estate management data were associated and mounted,which improved the rationality of database construction further.
