"热射病"并非传统中医术语,其词源是日译德语。随着清末民初的西学东渐潮流,"热射病"术语从日本传入中国,并逐步与"中暑"这一传统中医术语成功"嫁接",造就了一个中西医学融合的术语簇。以日本为中介的中西医术语交融是中国近现代医学术语演进的重要机制之一。

Heatstroke is not a technical term in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM),but instead a German term translated into Japanese.It was introduced into China from Japan along with the wave of Learning from the West between the 1840s and 1910s.This term was to become grafted with "ZhongShu",which is an often-used term in TCM.Thus,a term cluster came into being that combined Western medicine with TCM.The combination of terms in Western medicine with those in TCM,where Japan serves as bridge between them,is one of the important mechanisms which have promoted the evolution of terms in modern Chinese medicine.
