摘要
炎症小体是在细胞受刺激后形成的能促进胱天蛋白酶-1(caspase-1)活化的蛋白质复合体。炎症小体能促进白细胞介素1β和18(IL-1β、IL-18)的成熟和释放,引起机体的炎症反应并参与多种疾病的发生发展。其中,炎症在癌症的形成、发展过程中都起到了重要作用。但随着对炎症小体的深入研究,发现不同的炎症小体、炎症细胞因子和趋化因子在癌症的形成、发展过程中可能起着相反的作用。该文主要探讨近年来炎症小体的研究进展及不同炎症小体在结直肠癌中的作用。
Inflammasomes are cytosolic muhiprotein complexs that are assembled when cells encounter stimulation and mediate caspase-1activation.Inflammasomes can regulate the maturation and secretion of inflammatory cytokines IL-1β and ILl8,induce inflammation and participate in the development of many diseases.Chronic inflammation plays a decisive role at different stages of cancer formation and development.However,with the embedded study of inflammasome,we have found that the various inflammasomes and inflammatory cytokines and chemokines play contrasting roles in cancer formation and development.In this review,we describe the advances in inflammasome and the roles of different inflammasomes in colorectal cancer.
