针刺对椎动脉型颈椎病温度变化和血流动力学的影响

Study on Effects of Acupuncture on Temperature Variation and Hemodynamics of Cervical Spondylosis in Vertebral Artery Type

目的:基于热层析联合超声,观察针刺治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:将45例椎动脉型颈椎病患者按随机数字表法随机分为治疗组23例和对照组22例,治疗组采取针刺疗法,对照组用火山泥湿热敷疗法。治疗前及治疗1周后分别采集患者颈项部热层析成像图,并行超声检查,观察治疗前后患者血流动力学改变、颈项部温度变化及眩晕症状的改善情况。结果:与对照组相比,针刺组患者热层析成像差异明显,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组均能改善椎-基底动脉血流速度,较对照组,针刺改善椎-基底动脉流速更显著(P<0.05)。结论:热层析成像新方法联合超声对椎动脉型颈椎病患者的临床疗效判定具有良好的应用前景,值得临床推广。

Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of acupuncture in the treatment of vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis(CSA) with the foundation of thermal tomography combined with ultrasonography. Methods: Forty-five cases with CSA were randomly divided into 2 groups, treatment group(n=23) and control group(n=22). The treatment group was treated with acupuncture, while the treatment group was treated with hot compress therapy. The patients were examined by ultrasonography, and the thermal images of the neck was collected before and after 1 weeks of treatment. We observed the changes of hemodynamics and the temperature ratio of the neck, meanwhile and the remission of vertigo were also observed. Results: The difference was statistically significant in thermal tomography of the two groups(P<0.05). The two groups can improve vertebral basilar artery blood flow velocity after treatment. Compared with the control group, acupuncture improved vertebral basilar artery flow velocity more significantly(P<0.05). Conclusion: The new method of thermal tomography combined with ultrasonography has a good application prospect in judging the clinical curative effect of patients with CSA, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
