白术治疗胃肠道疾病药理作用研究进展

Research Progress on Pharmacological Actionof Baizhu in Treatment of Gastrointestinal Diseases

目的:为今后白术治疗胃肠道疾病的药理研究提供参考。方法:查阅国内外有关白术及其活性成分的研究文献,并就其治疗胃肠道疾病的作用机制来分类阐述药理作用研究。结果:在白术治疗胃肠道疾病的药理研究中,作用机制主要涉及以下几个方面:调节胃肠道运动、调节肠道微生态、修复胃肠道黏膜损伤、抗炎、抗肿瘤等。结论:白术治疗胃肠道疾病的药理作用较为明确,可应用于多种胃肠道疾病,但其作用机制和药用价值值得进一步研究。

Objective: To provide the reference for the pharmacological research of Baizhu in the treatment of gastrointestinal diseases in the future. Methods:The research literature on Baizhu and its active ingredients at home and abroad has been reviewed,and pharmacological actionresearches have been carried out according to the classification of the mechanism in the treatment of gastrointestinal diseases. Results:In the pharmacological research of Baizhu in the treatment of gastrointestinal diseases,the mechanism mainly involves the following aspects: regulation of gastrointestinal movement,regulation of intestinal microecology,repairment of gastrointestinal mucosal injury,anti-inflammation,anti-tumor activity, etc.Conclusion: The pharmacological action of Baizhu on gastrointestinal diseases are clear,and can be applied to many gastrointestinal diseases.But its mechanism and medicinal value deserve further study.
