中药复方治疗银屑病的作用靶点探析

Discussion of Targets of Chinese Compound Formula in Treating Psoriasis

银屑病是一种慢性、复发性、炎症性皮肤疾病,由遗传、免疫炎症、环境、感染等多因素共同参与。特征性·临床表现为鳞屑性丘疹或斑块。目前治疗的主要措施为系统应用维A酸、免疫抑制剂、生物制剂,外用糖皮质激素、维生素D衍生物、维A酸类等,治疗措施虽然有效,但不能达到长期缓解。中药复方治疗银屑病的疗效在临床研究及动物试验中得到广泛验证,以中药复方治疗银屑病为线索,阐述中药复方治疗银屑病的理论基础,从细胞因子与信号通路角度,总结中药复方治疗银屑病的作用靶点,提出TNF-α、IL一23/Th17轴、JAK/STAT信号通路、PI3K/AKT信号通路为其共性作用靶点,旨在为今后中药复方治疗银屑病的实验设计和新药研制提供依据。

Psoriasis is a chronic, relapsing and inflammatory skin disease. It is caused by multiple factors including genetic factors, immune inflammation, environmental factors and infection. The characteristic clinical manifestations are scaly papules or plaques. At present, the main treatments contain systematic retinoic acid, immunosuppressive agents, biological agents,topical glucocorticoids, vitamin D derivatives and vitamin A acids. Although the therapeutic measures are effective, the disease cannot achieve long-term remission. Efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine compound in treating psoriasis has been widely validated in clinical studies and animal experiments. This article elaborated the theoretical basis and the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine compound in treating psoriasis from the perspective of cytokines and signal pathways. Exploring the role of traditional Chinese medicine compound in treating psoriasis through TNF-α, IL-23/Th17 axis, JAK/STAT signaling pathway and PI3 K/AKT signaling pathway provide theoretical foundation of traditional Chinese medicine compound and design new drugs in treating psoriasis.
