摘要
急性肺损伤(ALI)是临床常见危急重症,而肠-肺轴在其失控的炎症反应中发挥着重要的病理生理作用,因此阻断肠-肺轴间炎症反应的级联效应就成为防治ALI的新靶点。基于文献及前期研究表明,王氏连朴饮能影响糖皮质激素(GCs)分泌而调节GCs效应,进而对炎症反应具有调控作用。而机体GCs效应的发挥必须通过糖皮质激素受体(GR)的介导,据此推测王氏连朴饮是通过调节GR表达而调控炎症反应,起到保护ALI肠-肺轴的作用。希望在此基础上进一步通过设计相关实验进行观察和验证,明确该方对急性肺损伤肠-肺轴的保护作用机制及"肺病治肠"的理论基础,为ALI炎症的控制及防治提供新的思路和方法,并揭示中医"肺合大肠"的现代医学原理。
Acute lung injury(ALI) is a severe and critical case, but the intestine-pulmonary axis works pathophysiolgically in controlling the uncontrolled inflammation. Therefore, blocking the cascade effect of inflammatory response between the intestine-pulmonary axis has become the new target of preventing and treating ALI. Based on the references and previous researches, Wangshi Lianpu Drink can affect the secretion of glucocorticoids to regulate the effects of GCS so as to regulate the inflammatory responses. However, the effects of the GCs must be mediated by glucocorticoid receptors. Hereby we assume that the way of Wangshi Lianpu Drink protecting the intestine-pulmonary axis is to regulate GR expression to control inflammatory response. We wish to clarify the protective mechanism of Wangshi Lianpu Drink on the intestine-pulmonary axis of ALI to provide a new way to prevent and treat ALI inflammation to reveal the modern Chinese medicine explanation of "Lung being related with large intestine exteriorly and interiorly".
