温经通络中药治疗膝骨关节炎有效性和安全性的系统评价

Systematic Review on Efficacy and Safety of Warming Channels and Dredging Collaterals Medicine for Knee Osteoarthritis

目的:评价温经通络中药治疗膝骨关节炎的有效性和安全性。方法:计算机检索中国知识资源总库(CNKI)、维普中文科技期刊全文数据库、万方数据学术论文总库及Pubmed、Web of science、Elsevier等数据库中关于温经通络中药对比其他药物治疗膝骨关节炎的临床对照研究。对纳入研究的试验根据Jadad评分量表和Cochrane Handbook 5.1评估文献质量和偏倚风险,采用软件Revman 5.3.5进行数据分析。结果:共纳入22项临床研究、1651个病例,温经通络中药组852例,对照组799例。Meta分析表明:温经通络中药与对照组相比有更高的临床有效率和安全性,能更显著地降低WOAMC评分、VAS评分和中医证候评分。结论:温经通络中药可以有效改善KOA患者的临床症状,安全性较高,值得在临床推广应用。本次系统评价仍存在一些局限性,未来需要更多高质量的临床研究来进一步证实。

Objective: To evaluate the efficacy and safety of warming channels and dredging collaterals medicine for knee osteoarthritis. Methods: Clinical researches coming down to warming channels and dredging collaterals medicine for knee osteoarthritis were selected from Chinese knowledge resources database(CNKI), VIP Database, Wan Fang database and Pubmed, Web of science, Elsevier and other databases. The literature quality and bias risk were evaluated according to the Jadad score scale and Cochrane Handbook 5.1. The data was analyzed by Revman 5.3.5. Results: A total of 22 clinical studies were included, including 1651 cases, 852 cases treated with warming channels and dredging collaterals medicine and 799 cases in the control group. Meta-analysis showed that compared with the control group, warming channels and dredging collaterals medicine had higher total clinical efficiency and safety, and could significantly reduce WOAMC, VAS and TCM syndrome score. Conclusion: Warming channels and dredging collaterals medicine can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of KOA patients with high safety, and is worthy of clinical application. There are still some limitations in this system evaluation, and more high quality clinical researches will be needed to confirm the results in the future.
