从“脾主运化”基本概念诠释脾藏象理论模型

中医学中的“天人相应”思想,与古代中国哲学中的“天人合一”观同理,是对天人关系的一种认识,《灵枢·岁露》曰:“人与天地相参,与日月相应也”。这一思想贯穿在《黄帝内经》全书中,是中医整体观的主要内容,而整体观念是中医认识问题、解决问题的重要指导思想。在中医药现代化研究的过程中整体观念是研究思路和方法论的基本遵循,其内涵和精髓自然也是中医藏象理论模型构建中的必要途径。尝试探讨从整体观角度构建脾藏象理论模型,这一理论模型以“脾主运化”基本生理功能为核心,包含了脾一神系统、脾一精微系统、脾一气血系统、脾一津液系统和脾~肉系统五大模块,形成了以“脾主运化”为核心的,以神、精微、气血、肌肉、津液等脾所主功能为要素的脾藏象理论模型,完整保留和诠释了中医脾脏的功能特点和内涵,为中医脾藏象理论的系统、全面、深入研究提供了结构层次较为清晰、功能内涵较为丰富的理论模型,有助于中医藏象文化特色优势在中医脾藏象理论研究中的发挥。

There is a main idea in the culture of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM)that human beings are closely related with natural environment,which is also emphasized in the Chinese philosophy.No matter TCM culture or Chinese philosophy are all the same attitude towards the relationship between man and universe.The classical TCM masterwork Lingshu says "human beings are in correspondence with natural environment especially the moon and the sun",and this core idea is in the whole line of Huangdi Neijing,which is also the main content of holism.Holism is the basic principle for the research methods and design of TCM modernization,of which the inner meaning and core thoughts are the necessary pathway of TCM visceral theoretical model establishment.In this study spleen visceral theoretical model would be established and explained from the perspective of holism,"spleen governing transformation and transportation"idea is the core and another five parts would be the main contents.The five parts are spleen -mind system,spleen -essence system,spleen -Qi and blood system,spleen -liquid system as well as spleen -muscle system.The five parts hold different functions which completely reflect the importance and value of TCM spleen.In this article,the detailed contents of each parts and the relationship among them are all in deep illustration,which may greatly help us to understand this mod- el and the significance of TCM spleen.
