在新形势下,习近平总书记在全国宣传思想工作会议上发表重要讲话"意识形态工作是党的一项极端重要的工作";并指出能否做好意识形态工作,事关党的前途命运,事关国家长治久安,事关民族凝聚力和向心力。高校是培养社会主义事业建设者和接班人的摇篮,在新常态下,面对意识形态领域的挑战,不可听之任之,也不能简单地"关、堵、禁",而应有效地应对,必须坚持马克思主义意识形态的主导地位。在新的媒介时代下,高校思想政治工作者应研究并引导大学生更有效地利用网络,知行合一,积极践行社会主义核心价值观,加强大学生主流意识形态教育,帮助他们树立正确的"三观",培养中国特色社会主义事业的合格人才,是意识形态教育领域一个十分重要的课题。
