"互联网+"时代的来临和终身教育理念的深入人心,要求成人教育领域要进一步深化改革,创新教育教学模式。传统的面对面授课和单一的线上网络授课越来越不适应日益发达的信息化社会。在此背景下兴起的成人教育混合式教学模式受到人们越来越多的关注。在面对混合式教学中存在的教师角色定位单一水平有限、成人教育质量意识匮乏、小组活动难以有效开展等一系列的难题,需要从做好面对面教学和线上网络教学的协调与规划、提高师资队伍整体素质水平、重视混合式教学的教学效果的评价等方面加以改革和突破,进而更好地促进成人教育混合式教学的发展和成人教育的改革。
