大学生就业创业已经成为高校中热点话题,如何找准创新创业切入点,是高校师生一直努力的方向。本文从大学生创新创业团队研究背景、大学生专业社团学生与其他在校生在创新创业方面差别、专业社团在创新创业教育中的作用、药学专业社团开展创新创业团队培育路径四个方面,探讨了如何培育高职药学类学生的创新创业团队。

College Students' employment and entrepreneurship has become a hot topic in Colleges and universities. How to identify the starting point of innovation and entrepreneurship? It is the direction for teachers and students in Colleges and uni-versities to work hard. From four aspects, the research background of College Students' innovation and entrepreneurship team, the difference between students' professional associations and other students in innovation and entrepreneurship, the role of professional associations in the innovation and entrepreneurship education, and the path of innovative entrepreneurial team cul-tivation by pharmaceutical professional associations, this paper discusses how to cultivate the innovation of Higher Vocational pharmaceutical students Industry team.
