高职航海类院校培养人才方面的调整

Adjustment of Training Talents in Maritime Colleges in Higher Vocational Colleges

近年来航运市场并不景气,加之国内由于前几年的"海员热",许多有实力的本、专科院校纷纷开设航海类专业,从而导致船员市场竞争越来越激烈。本文通过对华中地区几家高职院校航海类专业学生的就业情况和航运企业、船员劳务派遣公司对毕业学生所做的反馈进行调查与研究,来剖析在当前航运市场低迷、人才竞争激烈的情况下,高职院校为提高航海类专业学生的竞争力而应做出的人才培养方面的调整。

In recent years, the shipping market has been sluggish. In addition, due to the "seafarer craze" in the past few years, many powerful local and specialized colleges have opened maritime majors, which has led to increasingly fierce competition in the crew market. This paper analyzes the employment situation of maritime majors in several vocational colleges in Central China and the feedback from shipping companies and crew labor dispatch companies on graduate students, to analyze the cur-rent downturn in the shipping market and fierce competition among talents. In the case of vocational colleges, the adjustment of personnel training should be made to improve the competitiveness of maritime students.
