民办本科院校教师课程定位的内涵与动因探讨

摘要 教研能力不足、"本校化"师资队伍的缺失是长期根植于民办本科院校内部的"顽疾",是制约转型时期民办本科院校可持续发展的重要内因,而应对这一"顽疾"的根本方法就在于教师课程定位。确定教师授课类型、授课门类和教学工作量,引导教师明确研究方向,便于组织安排导师指导,培养民办本科院校特色化人力资本,推动民办本科院校可持续发展,是民办本科院校按客观规律办学的必然选择。 Insufficient teaching and research ability, the lack of "teaching" faculty is a "disease" that has long been rooted in private undergraduate colleges. It is an important internal factor that restricts the sustainable development of private undergrad-uate colleges in the transition period, and it is fundamental to cope with this "disease" lies in the orientation of the teacher's curriculum. Determine the types of lectures, the types of lectures and the amount of teaching work, guide the teachers to clear the research direction, facilitate the organization of tutor guidance, cultivate the characteristic human capital of private under-graduate colleges, and promote the sustainable development of private undergraduate colleges, it5 s the inevitable choice of running a school regularly.
