中小学生学习负担的形成原因与对策思考

摘要 中小学生学习负担偏重这一现象的形成,既源于升学率对学校、教师和家长的压力,也有社会阶层上升渠道相对较为狭窄和职业教育发展水平不高等社会结构性原因,应通过大力发展职业教育、淡化升学率的影响、提高教师职业素质、保障学生休息和课余活动等途径来逐步解决中小学生学习负担过重的问题。 The formation of the phenomenon of heavy learning burden among primary and secondary school students stems from the pressure of the school entrance rate on schools,teachers and parents,as well as the social structural reasons such as the relatively narrow channel of social class rise and the low level of development of vocational education.Education,dilute the impact of the rate of higher education,improve the professional quality of teachers,protect students'rest and extracurricular activities,etc.to gradually,solve the problem of excessive learning burdens of primary and secondary school students.
