以国家主席习近平为核心的党中央在十九大中对我国的党情、国情、世情等变化作出了一系列的总结和理论创新,回顾了过去五年以来的经济建设、文化建设、民主法治建设、社会建设等各个方面的成就,并形成了习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想。它作为中国特色社会主义理论重要的组成部分,对我国的经济、政治、军事国防、外交、治党治国等领域进行了探讨。做好党的十九大精神宣传,有利于基层党员干部和人民群众了解当前我国国情,对构建新时期的社会主义社会有一个全面的了解,从而推动我国社会主义社会的发展。本文主要分析了党的十九大精神内涵、宣传的意义,并从统一学习培训,转变宣传方式、各级媒体利用优势资源进行宣传等方面进行了探讨。

The Party Central Committee with President Xi Jinping as the core made a series of summaries and theoretical in- novations on China's party conditions,national conditions,and world conditions during the 19th National Congress.It review- ed the economic construction,cultural cohstruction,and democratic rule of law in the past five years,achievements in various aspects such as construction and social construction,and formed Xi Jinping's new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics. As an important part ofthe theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics,it has explored China's economic,political,mili- tary and national defense,diplomacy,and governance.of the party and the country.Doing a good job in propaganda of the par- ty's 19th National Congress is conducive to grassroots party members and cadres and the masses understand the curreiat nation al conditions of China and have a comprehensive understanding of building a socialist society in'the new era,thus promoting the development of China's socialist society.This paper mainly analyzes the spiritual cormotation and propaganda significance of the 19th Party Congress,and discusses it fi'om the aspects of unified study and training,transformation of propaganda me- thods,and use of superior resources for propaganda at all levels of media.
