近年来,我国大学生就业压力逐年增大,严重影响就业质量,问题日益突出。提高就业质量不仅是经济发展的需要,也是大学办学质量的体现。本文从人才培养、就业服务、创业教育三个方面详细探讨高校提高毕业生就业质量的路径,体现高校的社会服务职能。

In recent years, the employment pressure of college students in China has increased year by year, seriously affecting the quality of employment, and the problem has become increasingly prominent. Improving the quality of employment is not only the need of economic development, but also the embodiment of the quality of university education. This paper discusses in detail the ways in which colleges and universities improve the employment quality of graduates from the aspects of talent cultivation, employment service and entrepreneurship education, and reflects the social service functions of colleges and universities.
