地方应用型大学教育教学理念的变革

On the Transformation of Educational Concepts in Local Applied Universities

随着社会经济的快速发展,对技术类人才需求大量增加,加之我国的高等教育经过十多年的扩招,已由精英教育向大众化教育转变。在这一背景下,"应用型本科"的人才培养模式应运而生。地方应用型大学需要变革传统的教育教学观念,探索适应社会发展状况的新理念。为此,本文从应用型本科的培养目标和教学模式的变革进行了探讨,从而把人才的培养提高到一个新的高度。

With the rapid development of the social economy,the demand for technical talents has increased significantly.In addition,after more than ten years of enrollment expansion,China's higher education has changed from elite education to popular education.In this context,the talent cultivation model of "applied undergraduate"came into being.Local applied universities need to change traditional educational and teaching concepts and explore new concepts that adapt to the state of social development.To this end,this paper explores the changes in the training objectives and teaching models of applied undergraduate courses,thus raising the cultivation of talents to a new height.
