基于“一带一路”背景下高职院校会计人才培养模式探究——以福建华南女子职业学院为例

Research on the Training Mode of Accounting Talents in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Background of "One Belt and One Road"——Take Fujian HWA NAN Women's College as an example

自"一带一路"重大倡议提出后,越来越多的国家和地区参与到其中来,我国与沿线各国经济贸易关系也日益密切。基于此背景下,高职院校面对新常态,结合本校实际情况探索合适的会计人才培养模式,助推"一带一路"发展有着必要性。本文以福建华南女子职业学院(以下简称"华南女院")为例,探究高职院校为服务"一带一路"大战略,在培养会计人才模式上存在的挑战以及应对挑战的几点思考。

Since the "One Belt and One Road"major initiative was put forward,more and more countries and regions have participated in it,and China's economic and trade relations with countries along the line have become increasingly close.Based on this background,it is necessary for higher vocational colleges to face the new normal,to explore the appropriate accounting talent training mode in combination with the actual situation of the school,and to promote the development of"One Belt and One Road".This article takes Fujian HWA NAN Women's College (hereinafter referred to as "Fujian HWA NAN Women's College")as an example to explore the challenges of higher vocational colleges in serving the "One Belt and One Road"strategy,the challenges in training accounting talents and the challenges.
