媒体内容处理技术已经成为当前国内外研究的重要方向,得到了各国的普遍关注和重视。该技术通过对互联网中海量的图像、视频、音频等多媒体内容进行语义分析、识别和检索,为提升大数据利用价值和互联网内容监管与分析能力,提供关键技术支撑,具有明显的科技、经济和社会应用价值。本文对媒体内容处理技术国内外发展现状与趋势进行了梳理分析,并提出了我国进一步发展的重点。

Media content processing technology is becoming an important research direction,and attracts more and more attentions.This technolgoy improves the big data values by processing semantic analysis,recognition,indexing for massive media contents (e.g.,image, video,audio)on the Internet.It should be noted that this key technology support obviously has much technical,economic,and social values.This paper provides a genenal overview of the development and trend of media content processing technology at home and abroad,and propose the advanced development direction for China.
