关系产权、知识溢出与产学研协同创新的稳定性研究

Research on Relationship Property,Knowledge Spillover and Stability of I-U-R Collaboration Innovation

基于相关研究,构建了关系产权激励机制下产学研协同创新的博弈模型,探讨了在知识溢出效应下最优的关系产权激励系数。最后,通过演化博弈分析得出:最优的关系产权激励系数可以为产学研协同创新提供一个合理的利益分享模式和行为框架,实现激励相容。据此,提出未来产学研协同创新应面向产业链,以产权为纽带、以知识产权资本化为实现方式的建议。

According to assumptions,this paper constructs a game model of I-U-R collaboration innovation under the mechanism of the relationship property,and discusses the optimal incentive coefficient of the relationship property under the effect of knowledge spillover.Finally,through evolutionary game analysis,it gets the optimal incentive coefficient of relationship property,which can provide a reasonable benefit sharing model and behavior framework to realize incentive compat7 ibility.Based on this,it puts three suggestions to I-U-R collaboration:facing industry chain;property rights as a link;cap- italization of intellectual property rights.
