摘要
基于建立复杂产品系统资源—生产超网络,对研发制造核心企业所主导的自主开发、利用式开发、战略合作共创三类网络开发模式进行动态建模,并结合反应企业生产经营绩效的网络集聚性、网络强度两大指标对模型进行仿真分析。研究发现:三类模式均造成企业绩效呈现先降低、后提升的倒抛物线型变化;三类模式对企业绩效的具体作用特点不同,因此具有不同的适用情境。最后结合中车株洲电力机车所的高铁列车研发案例进一步论述优化网络开发配置对提升企业竞争力的重要作用。
Based on building resource-production super networks of COPS,the three types of network developments led by core enterprises,independent creating,introduction and absorption,strategic cooperation,are dynamically modeled in this paper,and then it makes simulation analyses with the two indicators of network clustering coefficient and network strength that reflect the enterprise performance of production management.Results show that all the three types of network develop- ments both make the enterprise performance through a down and up transformation that followed by an inverse parabolic pat- tern,the three types of network developments have dissimilar applicable situations because of their different acting features. Finally,optimizing the plan of network development is further proved to have a promoting effect on enterprises competitive- ness through the case of high-speed rail vehicles manufacturing of Zhuzhou Institute Co.,Ltd:of CRRC.
