从造型、平整、褶裥、黏合4方面总结熨烫的作用,分析熨烫温度、织物湿度、熨烫压力、熨烫时间等工艺参数对服装熨烫效果的影响,重点阐述快、慢、轻、重、归、拔、推、送、闷、蹲、虚、拱、点、压、拉、扣16种常用熨烫技巧及常用熨烫设备,展望熨烫设备及熨烫技术的发展前景。文章表明,熨烫作业是现代服装生产中不可或缺的生产工序,不仅可缓解或消除部分缝纫不足的问题,同时也具有缝纫工序无法替代的造型、平整、造褶、黏合等作用。对服装行业熨烫技巧与熨烫设备充分研究,将有利于更好的熨烫设备及熨烫技术的问世。

A variety of ironing techniques and commonly used ironing equipment are prospected. The development prospect of ironing equipment and ironing technology is prospected. The article shows that ironing is an indispensable production process in modern garment production. It can not only alleviate or eliminate the problem of insufficient sewing, but also play an irreplaceable role in modeling, leveling, pleating and adhesion. A thorough study of ironing techniques and equipment in the garment industry will be conducive to better ironing equipment and technology.
