中高职服装专业雁阵教学团队组织架构研究

分析国内服装专业中高职衔接背景及师资现状等问题,提出利用雁阵教学团队建设来促进服装专业人才培养,总结雁阵教学团队的4点建设思路及团队队员构成。文章表明,教学团队的建设是专业师资建设中的一部分,是作为高校提高教学质量的一项重要举措,雁阵教学团队具有突出团队建设教学模式的高效率、教师队伍的高效能、培养人才的高效果和实施产学研的高效益等特征,能使整个服装专业教学团队发挥最大潜能。

This paper analyzes the background of the connection between middle and higher vocational colleges and the present situation of teachers in the domestic garment specialty,puts forward the construction of wild goose teaching team to promote the cultivation of garment professionals,and summarizes in detail the four-point construction ideas and team members composition of wild goose teaching team.The article shows that the construction of teaching team is a part of the construction of professional teachers and an important measure to improve the quality of teaching in Colleges and universities.So that the entire clothing professional teaching team to maximize their potential.
