摘要
文中按照GB/T 2912.1—2009《纺织品甲醛的测定第1部分:游离和水解的甲醛(水萃取法)》方法测试织物上甲醛的含量,对纺织品中甲醛含量测试要素进行分析,探讨了萃取温度、萃取时间对甲醛含量测试的影响,并给出绘制甲醛工作曲线的注意事项。为纺织品中甲醛含量的测定提供参考依据,使检测人员更好地把控试验中的重要影响因素,提高测试准确度。
In this paper,the content of formaldehyde in textiles is measured according to the methods of GB/T 2912.1-2009"Determination of formaldehyde in textiles-Part 1:free and hydrolyzed formaldehyde(water extraction method)",and analyzed the test elements.The effects of extraction temperature and extraction time on formaldehyde content test were discussed,and given the points for drawing formaldehyde working curve.It provides a reference for the determination of formaldehyde content in textiles,so that the inspectors can better control the important factors in the test and improve the accuracy of the test.
