梭织服装纰裂问题的分析及改善措施

Analysis and Improvement Measures for the Slippage of Woven Garments

梭织服装接缝处易产生纰裂,严重影响服装服用性能。文中选择易产生纰裂的面料进行纰裂测试,探讨了测试夹具对织物纰裂值的影响,并提出合理建议。指出,夹具的有效尺寸是纰裂试验中的重要条件,直接关系到产品纰裂的测试结果,建议选择夹具有效宽度为5.00 cm;通过缝合处加衬布、改进织造工艺、增加缝边宽度等措施改善织物的纰裂现象。

The seams of woven garments are prone to slippage, which seriously affects the wearing performance of the garments. In this paper, the fabrics that are prone to slippage are selected for the splitting test,the effect of testing fixture on fabric slippage value was discussed and put forward reasonable Suggestions. It is point out that the effective size of the clamp is an important condition for slippage test. It is directly related to the test results of product slippage. The effective width of the clamp device is recommended to be 5.00 cm. The slippage of plants was improved by adding liner at the stitching place, improving the weaving technology and increasing the width of seam edge.
