双面微弹异色面料生产实践

摘要 利用不同的纺织原料在染色加工过程中上色率不同形成双面异色效果面料,挖掘棉纺白织设备的潜力,采用27.8 tex精梳棉和14.8 tex×2天丝与PTT纤维混纺纱(55∶45)织造双层异面组织,开发双面微弹异色面料。介绍产品的设计思路、原料选择、织物组织结构及规格设计,讨论整经、浆纱、织造工艺的具体参数设置及关键点。开发的面料蓬松柔软、光泽亮丽,双面异色效果明显,经纬双向均具有微弹效果,穿着舒适,而且尺寸稳定性良好。 Using different dyeing rates of textile raw materials in dyeing process to form double-sided fabric with different color effects, exploring the potential of cotton spinning white weaving equipment, 27.8 tex combed cotton and 14.8 tex×2 Tencel and PTT blended yarn(55∶45) were used to weave double-sided fabric and develop micro-elastic fabric with different color. This paper introduced the design idea of the product, the main points of material selection, fabric structure and specification design, and discussed the specific parameters and key points of warping, sizing and weaving process. The developed fabric is fluffy, soft, shiny, and the double-sided effect is obvious. Both warp and weft direction of the fabric have micro-elastic effect, which wears comfortable and has good dimensional stability.
