China’s higher education is facing the key development period of realizing the modernization and helping Chinese nation stand on the world stage,a critical era that shall provide the strong support of human and intelligence for the high education and practice of higher education with Chinese characteristics. This paper made a preliminary analysis of the objective basis and the path of implementation of the self-confidence of higher education,through which a heuristic judgments of value and findings can be concluded.
