《悉尼协议》:新时代高职院校专业建设的参考范式 被引量:20

“Sydney Accord”:Reference Paradigm for Specialty Construction of Higher Vocational Colleges in New Era

摘要 《悉尼协议》作为国际工程教育认证协议之一,与我国三年制高等职业教育相匹配,成为高职院校新时代背景下创新发展和内涵提升的重要手段。《悉尼协议》为高职院校高水平专业建设提供了国际范式和重要启示。在"新时代"背景下,高职院校在核心理念、相关标准、主要内容和保障机制方面还存在一定的问题。借鉴《悉尼协议》提出优化专业建设的基本策略是:融入学生中心的理念、融开发范式到专业教学标准建设、细化完善专业建设体系、落实内外部双重保障机制、兼顾目标达成度和标志性成果综合评价专业建设成效。 "Sydney Accord"is one of the international certification agreements for engineer disciplines.It matches with 3-year higher vocational education in China,and becomes an important means of innovation development and connotation enhancement to higher vocational colleges."Sydney Accord"has offered international paradigm and important enlightenment for the construction of high- level specialty at higher vocational colleges.Under the background in the new era,the current situation has been analyzed,and some problems have been put forward on the core idea,standard,main contents,and guarantee mechanism.There are five kinds of tactics improving specialty construction,such as incorporating students-centered idea,incorporating development paradigm into the construction of specialty teaching standard,refining and improving the specialty construction system,carrying out the internal and external dual-security mechanisms,and comprehensively evaluating specialty construction effects according to the achievement degree of object and the marked outcome.
