《悉尼协议》:热点趋势及对我国高职专业认证的启示 被引量:5

摘要 《悉尼协议》主要是针对3~4年学制的高职教育专业认证,为一些国家实施专业认证提供有益的借鉴。借助中国知网计量分析和CiteSpaceV两种工具,对2008-2018年有关《悉尼协议》的关键词共现网络图谱、关键词最小生成树知识图谱、关键词聚类时区图进行梳理。提出我国高职专业认证应结合国内外案例,建立相关的认证机构,发挥利益相关者的协调作用,持续改进专业认证标准;倾听不同利益相关者的诉求,建立跟踪监测和反馈机制,坚持以生为本的理念,借鉴本科专业认证经验,提高高职教育质量。 The"Sydney Accord"is mainly aimed at the professional education certification of higher vocational education in the 3-4 years of schooling system, providing useful reference for some countries to implement professional certification. With the measurement and analysis of China National Knowledge Internet and CiteSpaceV two kinds of tools, the keywords co-occurrence network map, keywords minimum spanning tree knowledge map and keywords clustering time zone map of"Sydney Accord"in 2008-2018 are sorted out. It is proposed that the professional certification of higher vocational colleges in China should be combined with domestic and foreign cases to set up relevant certification bodies, play the coordinating role of stakeholders, and continuously improve professional certification standards; listen to the demand of different stakeholders, establish follow-up monitoring and feedback mechanism, adhere to the student-based idea, learn from the experience of undergraduate professional certification, and improve the quality of higher vocational education.
