摘要
学校教育中的"剧场效应"在根源上偏离了教育本质和规律并且破坏了教育规则与秩序,使得深陷其中的学生、教师、学校及家长等各方利益均受损。置身于教育"剧场效应"中的教师面临其育人职责缺位以及专业自主权被削弱等现实问题所引发的重重危机。迈向教师专业的"祛魅"与"返魅"之路才是应对危机的解决之道。
Theater effect of school education, which has violated educational nature and laws as well as broken educational rules and orders radically, forces students, teachers, schools and parents who involved in to lose their interests. Teachers currently face crises which caused by the practical problems of neglecting the responsibility of cultivating students and professional autonomy weakening under the background of school education′s theater effect.Teacher profession needs to go through disenchantment and re-enchantment in order to solve such crisis.
