摘要
以一种薄壁保护罩为研究对象,建立直角坐标系,列出特殊点坐标值的非线性方程组,使用二分法求得其解。在此基础上,建立了薄壁保护罩拉伸毛坯尺寸计算的数学模型,其中椭圆弧段的母线长度和旋转半径分别使用了曲线弧长积分和重心积分的方法,由于是非初等函数积分,很难求得原函数,所以使用了梯形法求出其定积分值,并根据建立的数学模型编制了薄壁保护罩拉伸毛坯尺寸计算的计算器,完成了毛坯直径的计算。
Taking a thin-wall protective cover as the research object.The right angle coordinate system is established,and the nonlinear equations of the coordinate vaule of a special point and listed.Then the result is get by the method of dicotomy.On the basis,a mathematical model for calculating the size of thin-wall protective cover blanks is established.In which,the length of the generatrix and the radius of rotation of the elliptical arc are calculated by the methods of curve arc length integral and bary center integral respectively.Because they are non-elementary function integrals,it is difficult to obtain the original function.so the trapezoidal method is used to calculate the define integral vaule and according to the established mathematical modal a calculator for calculating the dimension of the thin-wall protective cover drawing blank is developed and the calculation of blank diameter is completed.
