无飞边多腔橡胶O形密封圈压模设计 被引量:1

摘要 通过分析O形密封圈零件的结构特点及性能要求,模具采用45°分型面设计,将飞边避开工作密封面;模芯采用浮动结构设计,实现每组模芯型面自动定位,消除多腔模制造误差导致的型腔错位;型腔沿周无飞边余胶槽结构设计,实现O形密封圈无飞边化一次成型;合叶结构设计,实现模具一侧翻转开模、合模。该模具结构操作方便,大大降低了工人的劳动强度,提高了效率。经生产实践证明,该模具结构合理,成型的零件尺寸稳定、外观质量好。 The structure characteristic and performence requirements of O-ring was analyzed. The burr was avoided molding on the working seal face by the design of 45^.parting surface.The dislocation of the cavity caused by the manufacturing error of the multi-cavity mold was eliminated by the design of floating mold cores which can position automaticaXly by the core surface of each core.The O-ring was formed without burr by the design of the no-burr residual glue groove around the cavity.The mold was opened and closed by the upper template revolving around the hinge on one side.The actual production verified that the structure of the mold was reasonable,and the quality of parts were stable and qualified.
