摘要
采用转糖苷化法合成了淀粉烷基糖苷,对合成的产品进行红外光谱表征,确定该产品为糖苷类表面活性剂。此外,将烷基糖苷与常用乳化剂进行复配,通过实验得到最佳的复配体系:m(烷基糖苷)∶m(OP-10)∶m(十二烷基苯磺酸钠)为7.15∶1.75∶2.1,其乳化力为5066 s。将该体系用于制取微乳柴油,结果表明该微乳柴油的最大加水量为柴油质量的6%,测得该微乳柴油的质量指标均符合国家标准。
In this paper,starch alkyl polyglycoside was synthesized by the method of trans-glycosylation. The structure of the synthesized product characterized by infrared spectroscopy was determined to be a glycoside surfactant.In addition,the optimal compounded system was acquired through combining alkyl polyglycoside with emulsifiers in common use,m (alkyl polyglycoside):m (OP-10):m (sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate)=7.15:1.75:2.10,and its emulsifying power (EP)is 84′26″.The results showed that the maximum amount of water is only 6%of the diesel mass when this optimal compound system is used for preparing a kind of microemulsion diesel oil,besides,the quality index of such microemulsion diesel meets the national standard.
