摘要
目的测定四逆散冻干粉中2种主要成分的含量。方法色谱条件:Kromasil C_(18)柱(4. 6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流速1. 0 m L·min^(-1),柱温28℃,流动相A为乙腈;流动相B为磷酸水(p H=3),流动相A梯度洗脱(95%~75%乙腈),分析时间为20 min。用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定主成分的含量。结果四逆散中芍药苷为2. 41%、柴胡皂甙C为2. 33%。结论用HPLC法测定四逆散中主要化学成分的含量,操作简单,可靠,重现性好,可作为四逆散药材质量控制的有效方法。
Objective To provide a reliable method for measuring the contents of two components of Si-Ni-San freeze-dried powder. Methods The chromatographic conditions were: Kromasil C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) ,flow rate 1.0 mL·min^-1,column temperature 28 ℃,mobile phase A was acetonitrile; mobile phase B was phosphoric acid water (pH=3) ,mobile phase A gradient elution (95% - 75% acetonitrile) ,analysis time was 20 min.The gradient elution was determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) . Results The contents of two components of Sini-free freeze-dried powder,paeoniflorin and saikosaponin C were 2.41% and 2.33%, respectively.Conclusion The contents of main chemical components in Si-Ni-San Powder were determined by HPLC method.It was simple, reliable and reproducible,and can be used as an effective method for the quality control of Si-Ni-San Powder.
