Consideration of individualized treatment for hemophilia

目前血友病的主要治疗方式为相应因子的替代治疗,可分为突破性出血时的按需治疗及规律性给药的预防性治疗。已上市产品在进行给药剂量计算时,按需治疗主要依赖增量回收率的平均值,而预防性治疗的给药剂量通常为一范围、无既定标准。定量药理学作为一门新兴学科,已在多个药物的临床用药中得到应用,本文将探讨其在血友病按需治疗和预防性治疗个体化用药中的潜在应用。

At present,using corresponding factors are the main treatment for hemophilia,which can be classified into on-demand treatment in the case of breakthrough bleeding,and prophylactic treatment of regular administration. For the calculation of dose,on-demand treatment mainly depends on the average incremental recovery rate,while the dose of prophylactic treatment is usually a range with no uniform standard.As an emerging discipline,pharmacometrics has been applied in the clinical usage of variable drugs.This study will explore its potential application in on-demand and prophylactic treatmentforhemophilia.
