数字化变革下的中国数字经济——基于数字经济边界及测度的视角

China's Digital Economy under the Digital Transformation

数字技术的快速发展推动数字化变革,以数字化为标志的数字经济已经成为经济的重要组成部分。中国经济的数字化程度不断提高,数字化对经济发展的影响不断强化。随着数字技术的发展及对经济、社会渗透的深化,数字经济的内涵和边界不断扩展。在厘清数字经济边界及测度框架的基础上,量化分析中国数字经济的发展,并进行国际排序比较,发现中国数字经济规模位居世界前列,但从更注重质量的相关指数来看,中国数字经济和发达国家相比仍有较大差距,且近年的国际排序并无明显提升。

The rapid development of digital technology promotes the transformation of digitalization.Marked by digitalization,the digital economy has become an important part of the economy.The digitization of China's economy is constantly improving,and the impact of digitization on economic development is constantly strengthening.With the development of digital technology and the deepening of economic and social penetration,the connotation and boundary of digital economy are expanding.On the basis of clarifying the boundary and measuring framework of digital economy,this paper quantitatively analyzes the development of China's digital economy and compares it with international ranking.It is found that China's digital economy ranks at the head of the world in scale,but there is still a big gap between China's digital economy and the developed countries in terms of quality -oriented indexes,and there has been no marked improvement of China's digital economy in international ranking in recent years.
