安徽省民营企业营商环境现状分析与对策

Study on the Business Environment of Private Enterprises in Anhui

改善民营企业营商环境是学术界关注的重要话题。以2015—2017年安徽省工商联的调研数据为基础,对全省规上民营企业的营商环境进行分析,研究表明,三年来安徽省民营企业的营商环境得到了持续改善,但用工成本高、融资贵融资难、税费负担重、国内市场需求不足和市场秩序不规范一直是民营企业发展的重要掣肘,未来应针对民营企业采取相关措施,降低用工成本,破解融资困境,减轻税费负担,同时还需有效拉动国内需求和规范市场秩序。

The topic of "Whether has the business environment of private enterprises been improved"has been argued for several years.On the basis of the first -hand survey data from 2015 to 2017offered by Anhui Chamber of Commerce and Industry,the paper analyzes the business environment of Anhui private enterprises in detail and finds that,it has been improved lately,but high labor cost,low finance availability,heavy tax burden,short domestic demand and bad market order have restricted the development of Anhui private enterprises.Therefore,on the one side, our government should adopt some measures to reduce the labor cost,resolve the bad financial difficulties and decrease the tax burden of private enterprises pointedly;on the other side,it should also stimulate the domestic demand and organize the market order effectively.
