摘要
"一带一路"倡议提出后,得到了越来越多国家的响应,中国的企业也在这样一个大背景下,有了更多"走出去"的发展机遇。由于"一带一路"沿线国家(地区)与中国存在巨大的文化差异,跨文化管理在"走出去"的企业中扮演着重要角色。基于分析文化差异,探讨了跨文化管理在解决文化差异、文化冲突与跨文化移植等方面的作用。
After the "the Belt and Road"initiative was put forward,more and more countries responded.Chinese enterprises have also had more development opportunities of "going out"under such a background.However,faced with the huge cultural differences between countries along "the Belt and Road"and China,cross -cultural management plays an important role in "going out"enterprises.Based on the analysis of cultural differences,this paper explores the role of cross -cultural management in solving cultural differences and cultural conflicts,and solving cross -cultural transplantation.
