高校战略同盟发展模式及建设对策初探

目前高校面临转型发展,向双一流发展仍存在许多瓶颈,应建立高校战略联盟,严进严出,改革求存,开放共享,加强战略构建,完善信息平台,东西互鉴,专业共情,通过建立基地模式、数据库信息库升级模式、开放联动模式、通识选修课互选互认模式、强强联合模式,建设课程联盟、专业联盟、国际联盟,提升高校战略联盟的档次,促进我国高校可持续发展。

At present,colleges and universities are facing transformation and development,and there are still many bottleneck problems in the development of double first-class development.We should solve each of the bottlenecks,establish a strategic alliance among colleges and universities,critical recruit and graduate,reform and preservation,open and share,and strengthen strategic construction.We will promote the improvement of information platforms,mutual learning between the East and the West,and mutual understanding among professionals.We will establish a curriculum alliance,a professional alliance,and an international alliance by establishing a base model,an upgraded database,an open linkage model,a mutual recognition model for general elective courses,and a strong joint model.Improve the level of strategic alliance of colleges and universities to promote the sustainable development of universities in China.
