膝关节周围骨折术后的康复护理研究

A STUDY ON REHABILITATION CARE EFFECT IN THE PATIENTS WITH FRACTURES AROUND THE KNEE

目的分析膝关节周围骨折术后应用针刺治疗并选择康复护理所得到的医治成效。方法选择2017年4月-2018年4月在本院进行治疗的50例膝关节周围骨折术后患者,按随机数字表法将患者分为对照组25例,观察组25例,对照组给予改良“输刺”疗法,并给予一般护理,观察组给予改良“输刺”疗法,并选用康复护理,且分析与总结。结果经过相应针灸医治与康复护理后,与对照组比较,观察组患者的疼痛程度评分、HSS膝关节活动度评分、Lysholm膝关节评分和护理满意程度显然更优,P均<O.05,差异有统计学意义。结论对于膝关节周围骨折患者来说,给予其改良“输刺”疗法,能够在极大程度上缓解膝关节周围骨折术后存在的疼痛,并提升膝关节功能,对膝关节活动度加以有效改善,再给予有效的康复护理手段,可让患者的骨骼及肌肉处于良好的状态,大大降低废用性萎缩情况的发生几率,在一定程度上减慢其膝关节周围肌肉与肌腱的萎缩速度,杜绝关节周围出现粘连现象,有效缓解患者的疼痛感,促进患者早日痊愈出院。

Objective To analyze the therapeutic effects of rehabilitation care after acupuncture treatment for patients with fractures around the knee.Methods We selected 50patients with fractures around knee joint treated in author's hospital from April 2017to April 2018.The first 25patients were in the first group {control group),and the last 25patients were in the second group (study group).The first group was given improved " transport needling"therapy,and given general nursing methods.The second group was given improved "transport needling"therapy,and the rehabilitation nursing method was selected,and analyzed and summarized.Resuits After the corresponding acupuncture treatment and rehabilitation care,compared with the first group, the pain score of the second group was significantly lower,whose HSS knee activity score was significantly higher;the Lysholm knee score in the second group of patients was significantly better,and the satisfaction of the second group was significantly higher,all P<0.05.Conclusion For patients with fractures around the knee,the improved "transport needling"therapy can greatly alleviate the pain after the knee joint fracture and improve the knee joint function,effectively increasing the knee joint activity and then giving them effective rehabilitation care means.According to all these means the patients bones and muscles can be in a good state, greatly reducing the incidence of disuse atrophy,and slowing down the knee to a certain extent.To a certain extent,it slows down the atrophy of muscles and tendons around the knee joints,prevents adhesions around the joints,effectively relieves the patient's pain,and promotes the patients early recovery.
