优质护理在危重症患者院前急救中的应用效果

APPLICATION EFFECT OF HIGH-QUALITY NURSING CARE ON CRITICALLY ILL PATIENTS IN PRE-HOSPITAL EMERGENCY CARE

目的观察优质护理在危重症患者院前急救中的应用效果。方法2015年1月-2016年12月我院救护队院前急救危重症患者1980例,2015年1月-12月采用一般院前急救护理流程救治患者982例为对照组;2016年1月-12月实施优质护理救治患者998例为观察组,观察二组护理质量、医疗风险概率、患者满意度。结果观察组较对照组医疗风险发生概率降低,患者满意度提高,急救护理质量提高,二组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优质护理提高危重患者急救护理质量,减少了护患纠纷,规避医疗风险,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the application effect of high-quality nursing care on critically ill patients in pre-hospital emergency care.Methods Totally 1980 critically ill patients served by rescue team from January2015 to December 2016 in author’s hospital were selected as the study subjects.All 982 cases from January 2015 to December were distributed to the control group,who were given the general nursing process care of pre-hospital emergency,while other 998 cases from January 2016 to December were divided into observation group,who were given high-quality nursing care.The nursing quality,medical risk probability,and patients’ satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,medical risk probability in observation group was lower,but the quality of emergency care and patients’ satisfaction in observation group were higher.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).ConclusionHigh-quality nursing care can improve the quality of emergency nursing care for critically ill patients,reduce the nurse-patient disputes and avoid medical risks,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
